Cannot view online HBO tv series

Yesterday I was able to watch Boardwalk Empire, but today it says I have to install silverlight from microsoft. Why the change?

Nothing has changed on our end but I will need more information so I can further help you.

 

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

Also, please send the URLs of the videos that you are trying to watch.
