Cannot set recording from TV listings

Cannot set recording from TV listings

With the new TV listings grid, I cannot set a recording. In the previous version there was record button that gave me choices on when & how to record. Those options and button are not available in the new listing format. I want to search for a program and set it to record. Help!

When  you select the broadcast title, do you not see the WATCH CHANNEL, RECORD or EPISODE  buttons?

The new site requires X1 service with cloud storage enabled on your account.

We do not have an X1 box, but that should not make a difference to when it comes to scheduling through the web interface. I can search, find, and schedule recording via the mobile app, but not through the web interface.

I agree, but comcast doesn't, you can no longer manage the dvr if you don't have X1 service
