Cannot redeem movie coupon

Cannot redeem movie coupon

I am unable to activate my movie coupon.  I followed the instructions but it says I have no coupons to redeem.  This is getting frustrating.  Please help.  Thanks!

If an employee doesn't come to your rescue here, call Billing at 1-800-Comcast and have them apply the credit.
