Cannot record a program online

Help!  I'm trying to record a program online and it's not working.  I follow all of the steps an click record but it is not showing up in my scheduled recordings.  I have no other conflicting shows set up and I am not receiving any errors.  It looks like it's going through just fine but never shows up.  I am trying to record a show for tonight - I am away from home and will not be home in time to record it from home.  Can someone help me?  Thanks!
