When using Firefox the Xfinity videos will not play. I've reset Firefox to it's original settings with no success.

I don't know whether the issue is peculiar to Firefox or Infinity but I have to start somewhere. No problems with the videos when using Google Chrome or IE.

I don't get error messages, so no help there.

Would appreciate help in solving this.

What happens when you try to play a video? Black screen? White screen? Please be as specific as possible.

Also, try uninstalling Firefox and then try installing it again.

Uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox was just the ticket! All videos are playing smoothly.
