Cannot delete old recorded watched NCIS shows

I have the first 2 shows of NCIS this season that I have watched and when I try to delete them both on my TV or even on my computer I cannot. Why not ???

Re: Cannot delete old recorded watched NCIS shows

I should preface this with the fact that I only have 1 DVR, and a regular TV setup..  No X1 or Cloud programming or any bells &  whistles..  Smiley Wink

That being said, have you tried going through your TV menu for DVR... ??

1.clicking the DVR menu

2.clicking Manage My DVR

3.clicking DVR Cleanup

4.at the listing of all Programs

5.Left arrow for Sort

6.chose title

7.check off boxes for deletion

8. Left arrow for Delete

It does work for me, the Online deletion process is extremely flaky, never works the first time for me..

Hope this helps, Good Luck, ciao, bj

Re: Cannot delete old recorded watched NCIS shows

I have X1 and all the other bells and whistles that comes with it. The error I get when I try to delete is PROBLEM WITH DVR SERVICE trying to restore after I hit delete. Shows error 06027. When I try to delete off the pc afrer I click delete the "hourglass" appears and never goes away.

Sorry I couldn't help.  You might want  to try addressing this problem in the X1 forum at :

There are currently 14 comcast employees (names in red) on line, one of which is ComcastAndrew who seems to be answering questions there.

Good Luck, ciao, bj
