Cannot contact Comcast by phone or E-mail

Day 4 of trying to reach Comcast. TV reception not working right since first day of service. I am not a technician and do not need to read elementary directions online. I need to talk to a PERSON. Have notified tech who installed my systerm. Someone would check it from a remote location. They allegedly did and found no major problems. Channels 5 and 56 broadcast approximately 50%. Breakup in picture, no picture, same with sound. HAD I KNOWN THIS IS A DO-IT-YOURSELF SERVICE, I WOULD NOT HAVE PLACED AN ORDER. Am on the verge of cancelling the whole mess.
