Cannot access Showtime Anytime

Cannot access Showtime Anytime

I recently ordered Showtime and I am able to receive it on my TV, but when I try to log into Showtime Anytime on my laptop,  I get an error message that I do not have Showtime.  What's up with this?

I have the same issue. I see Showtime on TV. I can see some Showtime shows via Xfinitiy but when I try to log in to use the Showtime Anywhere app, Xfinity web page says I do not have access and asks me to upgrade.

Also when I look at my current services, Showtime is not included.

I ordered Showtime on Oct. 7 via the web.
