Cannot Watch Online TV

I have been watching online tv for several weeks now with no problems.  All of a suddent I cannot watch anything at all.  I either receive a error message or get a message saying I am not a subscriber of a particular network.  I can't even watch basic channels such as fox or nbc.  Please help. Thanks.

Re: Cannot Watch Online TV

Same issue here - have watched online TV for months, usually several different news stations during the day while I'm working and have never had issues.  But the last few days, all of the stations are telling me I need a subscription - regular TV works fine, my bill is paid, can't think of anything else which is wrong.  Did you receive help with the issue?

Re: Cannot Watch Online TV

i dont know if it has anything to do with it, but i paid my bill ( which wasn't due for about 2 weeks) and the problem went away.

I am having a similar problem of the video feed freezing while watching a program on Watch TV.  I tried several times to view an AMC episode of Turn & everytime the feed would freeze at the 1st commercial and never come back. This problem appears on all browsers.

I finally switched from Xfinity's online portal and watched the episode from the AMC site....without a single hiccup or problem.  Hmmmm.

Comcast services are awful. What's the point of having an online presense if it is crappy, hangs, and freezes?  I can see why Comcast won Consumerist's 2014 Worst Company in America award. Sigh.
