Cannot Connect to Xfinity X1 TV App

Cannot Connect to Xfinity X1 TV App

X1 TV app has been very inconsistent since update on 4/22.  For the last day it has refused to connect and just shows a black screen when I start the app on my iPad Mini (iOS 8).  I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and now it will not even connect to my account.  Error 401 is displayed and I am instructed to contact Comcast


Please fix ASAP Comcast
