Cancellation of my recent service change

I upgraded from the digital starter plan to the digital preferred plan last Saturday.  I didn't realize that this came with a term committment until I received and email this morning.  It says I have 30 days to cancel.  I want to go back to the digital starter plan.

Give Comcast a call or visit a local office to downgrade.  There's no option to do so on line.  This is primarily a customer to customer forum, but there are actual Comcast employees who help here.  Perhaps one of them might drop by, but it's probably going to be faster and more certain to call.
