Sorry, no. The website requires advanced browser features that aren't included in the browsers on smart TVs. We will soon be launching an XFINITY TV app for Roku and an app for Samsung TVs later in 2017.

Re: Can you watch xfinity through a Smart TV using Opera or Google Browser?

When can I buy a Roku and watch live TV from my double play bundle? I want to be able to watch ALL live TV like ABC, NBC, CBS, etc. on new t.v.s I buy without Comcast charging me $10-$20 per t.v. I own when I ALREADY PAY FOR THE $140 Package. I should be able to just buy a Roku plug it into my kids tv, and the kids should be able to watch any normal stations they watch on my living room t.v. without paying an additional box or outlet B.S. fee correct?

There is a thread about the Roku Xfinity TV App. It's still in development. I still believe at some point Comcast may restrict Roku streaming in some form if people start dropping DTA's and cable boxes. Maybe by limiting the number of streams, or even requiring a fee to connect each one.

Comcast says an available app for Roku  and Samsung TVs will be available in 2017. When in 2017? It's already July.   I have been a Comcast subscriber for over 15 years and I'm still waiting to be able to use my subscription at my second home.

The XFINITY Stream app for Roku was released about 6 months ago as a public beta (early release version). However, you won't be able to use it at your second home - you have to be on your in-home XFINITY network to use it (the same network as your video subscription).  Please contact us about rates for subscribing to XFINITY TV at your second home.
