Can't watch Walking Dead on Xfinity. Quality so bad.

Is it just me of in AMC's Walking Dead having major technical difficulty's tonight. Tons of graphical artifacts and the audio keeps breaking up.

the symptoms you describe are high noise and or low-signal conditions. If the program was recorded did you try playing it back using another set top box? did you try the Steam TV app or streaming website to see if the streaming version has the same artifacts?
