Can't view my DVR/Recordings on Xfinity App?

I have 2 mobile xfinity apps installed on both my phone and tablet; Xfinity TV and Xfinity TV Go. I can't seem to find a way to access and view my Recordings even though I've read you should be able to. I'd appreciate any help or ideas.

This is available in the X1 platform and only AFTER the Cloud Rate Code is added to your account.  If you have the X1 platform, call into Comcast @1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489, ask for BILLING and then request the Cloud Rate Code be added to your account.  You will then be required to accept the Terms & Conditions on your DVR.  NOTE:  Only the Recordings made AFTER you add the Rate Code will be available to you within the APPS or on the XTV website.

Hello CT10,

 

I added the correct rate code to your account to access recordings through your Xfinity TV App. Can you verify that you have access to that  feature now?
