Can't stream most content due to Silverlight

Can't stream most content due to Silverlight

I had been able to stream content, both movies and TV, without problems until the last few days.  I'm on Vista 64-bit, with all automatic updating turned off, and I've installed no new software.

Now I get messages insisting that I have to update my Silverlight version.  I've uninstalled Silverlight/rebooted/reinstalled Silverlight/rebooted to no effect.  Both Firefox and IE have the issue.

Some videos will still play fine, notably those from the home page and recently aired shows.  But others, such as Game of Thrones and Dexter, will exhibit the above problem.

http://xfinitytv.comcast.net/computer reports this for from Firefox:

Here's an example of a video that won't play for me:

Are you still having video playback issues? This video is now working but we are having issues with Season 7, episode 3.

Thanks,
