Can't see recording on my Iphone or Ipad

Can't see recording on my Iphone or Ipad

I can only view the "scheduled" recording but it says I have no recordings....but I do! They are on the DVR.....but perhaps not going to the cloud? Comcast support has not been able to help.

 

Tried deleting and reinstalling on several devices....but none of them see the recordings.

 

Frustrating..................

Are you still seeing this issue?  I see completed cloud recordings on your account
