Can't schedule recording on Xfinity TV remote app

I can no longer schedule to record from the xfinity to go app on my iPad. It shows the correct box, but get the error message " an unknown error had occurred during this request". It worked just fine for a long time. Any advice please?

Delete the app and reinstall it.

Did that, still won't schedule recording and same error message.

I have the same problem.  The app worked fine until it updated to Version 2.0.0.56.  I have also deleted the app and reinstalled it.  Problem still exists.

Having the same trouble with trying to set a recording with my iphone. Used to work great! Now just keep getting the error message. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, didn't work, Still get the same message. Very frustrating!

Having the same problem. Ever since updating app to 2.0.0.56 I cannot record any shows onto my DVR without receiving the error. It is very frustrating.

My app is having the same problem. We got two new cable boxes in early December (one DVR, one not). I've reinstalled the app more than once. It used to work great, but doesn't work with the new boxes. It will show the priority of shows to record, but doesn't not display my existing recordings or any upcoming recordings. When j surf in the listings and select a show, only the "Watch" button is displayed. There is no option to record the show. Please help!!!

Is anyone from Comcast/Xfinity reading this stuff?  This needs to be fixed!
