Can't run movies or Qued Shows

Can't run movies or Qued Shows

I have had Xfinity/Comcast for a couple of months now & have been very happy up to a few days ago. Then When I wanted to watch a qued show I had to constantly refresh. Also it did not seem to be in cinque. Tonight when I tried to play a show from my que it just showed that it was constantly loading. I tried different ones with the same result. Please help! Thanks

I am sorry that you are having video playback issues.

 

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

What videos are you trying to watch?

 

Are any videos working at all?

 

Please be as specific as possible so I can further help you.

Try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.
