Can't log in to Xfinity Share.

Can't log in to Xfinity Share.

When I try to log in to Xfinity Share I keep getting this error message:  Let's try that again.  Sorry, we ran into a problem.  Please try again.  [11998]  Can anyone help?

I've been getting the same error as well. Haven't been able to log into the app once. I've gone through all the help and support articles and have found no help.  Support on the phone has also been less than helpful. Has anyone found out about the error or have any real solutions?

I just opened Share and it seems to be working.

This may be related to the Xfinity/Profile settings issue....

Not sure, but it is account driven also....

I'm having the same problem, I get the error code 11998. It's strange because if I login with an incorrect password, it tells me and prompts to log back in with correct password. Entering in my correct credentials leads me to the error screen. The app knows if I'm logging in incorrectly but then fails when my account info is put in correctly.  This has been happening since the app was released and have run into the same issues with support. Unable to tell me even who is managing the app customer service.

I had same issue as the app says 'username OR email'. my username didn't work so i used username@comcast.net and that worked.
