Can't get to episodes

Can't get to episodes

On xfinity tv where you used to able to pull up past episodes at the botton of the icon for each show now I get something that says movie, which makes no sense since I am looking at TV shows and when I find the episode button I get a message that the information is no longer available.  What is going on?  Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. There's something wrong with the site. When I did get a show to play, it kept stopping. I called and have been on hold for a long time. It's frustrating that Comcast doesn't put up an announcement that something is wrong and they're working on it. Or maybe they don't pay any attention to these forums.

This is currently a known issue.
