Can't get On Demand on TiVo Mini

Can't get On Demand on TiVo Mini

Hello, I have a TiVo Bolt, and TiVo Premiere. My TiVo Mini can connect to either of these boxes. Regardless of which one it's connected to, I often can't access Comcast On Demand. Either the App is missing, or when it's showing, I get a V301 error or one that says On Demand is unavailable. However, I can access it on the TiVo Bolt or TiVo Premiere if I access those boxes directly. For some reason it just won't work on the Tivo Mini, even after rebooting the Mini many times and connecting it to the TV service. Any reason why this keeps happening?

Hello Sfrunner13, I can assist you with getting your on demand content working again. It sounds like your equipment needs to be paired on the back end so that your cable card can read your entitlements, I can send the pairing signal to your Tivo. First I will need to verify your account information, please send me a private message with your full address, account number, and the name on the account by clicking my name (ComcastAmir) and then clicking "private message me".
