Can't Watch TV Online

Can't Watch TV Online

Hello -

 

I just called in about the problem I have had since yesterday. Previously, I could sign into your website and watch shows online. Since yesterday, it lets me log in on some pages but when I go to the TV tab, I get signed out. I click Sign In to watch a show and on those pages, it shows the loading screen, but then I get logged out with no error message.

 

The customer service rep I called was not aware of this type of issue and could not help me. He basically said he will pass along the notice.

 

At this time, this is the only way I can access the shows I want to watch, through the website. If someone could possibly contact me with a solution to this issue, that would be great.

The only thing I can recommend is verify your browser settings are allowing third party cookies. If blocked, it shows the problem you are describing. My also want to try (if you haven't already): logout of all comcast pages, go to http://my.xfinity.com and login there clicking the keep me logged in option, then clicking the tv icon

I'm having that exact same problem hopefully it'll be fixed soon.
