Re: Can not view online programing

I'm having the same problem. I can't watch anything other than basic channels (ABC, Fox, NBC, etc) on my computer or devices. Everything else says I need a subscription. I pay for the Digital cable and HBO and Showtime.

Oh and I am signed into my Comcast/Xfintiy Account so that's not the problem.

Hi all,

Try deleting your cookies and cache and then try again.

If it still does not work, try using a different web browser and let me know if it works. This is not a permanent solution but it will help us narrow down your issue.

Thanks,
Joe

Re: Can not view online programing

I'm aving this same issue on two different computers.  I cleared the cookies and cache and tried it on E and Firefox.  Both say I need to pay for TNT.  And since I already T once, I don't wnt to do it again.  I was ale to use this last week to catch up on the shows, but todayit is being a bother.

I have the digital economy package, if that helps you.

Also I find it interesting that Xfinity TV will let me watch shows on the channels I am NOT paying for, such as BBCAmerica and Syfy, but I can't get th ones I AM paying for.

Is TNT working on your TV?

Yes, TNT does play on the TV.  And I do apologize for the misspelling and bizzare typing errors.  I obviously did not spell check before posting.
