Can not play online vidoes....

Can not play online vidoes....

I am having a problem playing online shows from my comcast account. They were playing an hour ago and now i keep getting a message saying the video can not be played. I have tried erasing the cookies and cache and history on the computer and refreshing the page and it still does not work. I tried playing more than one video. It seems none of them are working right now. What is the problem?

Are you getting an error code number?

 

What specific videos have you tried?

I was getting an error code. I restarted the computer and the problem went away. I haven't had a problem since then. Thank you

I am having another problem now. When I click the "tv" button to search shows and movies on my comcast account it comes up file not found. Everything else works just fine but the "tv" section does not work.

This was a known issue that was fixed. Are you still having issues with this page?
