Cable responds slowly/volume problems

Cable responds slowly/volume problems

For the last 3 days I have multiple volume problems, unclear pictures, picture delays.  A string of problems of which I have never experienced before.

Hi RichardAl. I can assist in troubleshooting your cable picture and audio issues. Have you already tried to reboot the cable box? I would like to check the signal to your equipment to see if I am able to determine if you are suffering from signal degradation. Please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can assist you.
