Cable out 3:00am & Still out 4:18am

Cable out 3:00am & Still out 4:18am

I want a $50.00 credit because we were in the middle of a movie and it is still saying one moment please, will be available shortly. This mess you call cable has been going out <br>for over 5 weeks now on a daily basis. I got a bill in the mailed stating that it is going to increase by $25 more dollars. I am so upset that I will be looking for me another service provider. this is stupid to be watching a move and this mess happens then we may as well be with the Direct TV. My husband wants to be given the adjustment at once or we will be getting rid of Comcast Service?

Are you anywhere near Madison and Epler?  Mine went out about an  hour ago, too.  Picture froze on the screen, and all that works now is the guide...no channels.  Comcast says it is a problem on my end???

Same boat here.  Turned on the tv this morning to watch the morning new and a lovely message saying please wait for channel...

For the premium we are paying for comcast, this is absurd that we don't have reliable service.  I pulled the cable and plugged in the antennae  and I have HD channels for FREE.  If I could get internet from another provider I would ditch comcast.

Mine also says "one moment please". No channels available at all. It's definitely a problem with the box because the bedroom tv that only has the mini on it has no problems. Olive Branch.
