Cable connectivity issue

Cable connectivity issue

Cable feed into the living room is weak.  TV turns off, channels are very slow to come up, the message states there is a connectivity issue.

Check all connectors are tight including all splitters.  If you are not well versed in cabling, call into Comcast and request a TECH make the necessary repairs.
