CSI, 48 hours, and other CBS video getting stuck at commercials

I'm trying to watch this weeks episode of CSI about three minute in after the inital opening sequence when it tried to go to commercials it got stuck 3 times and finally I had to try and scroll past it and managed to get the episode going. (this was in IE) I was able to watch another segment but again when it tried to go to commercials it got stuck, now I'm on my third instance of watching a segment and the episode getting stuck when going to commercials.

Yesterday I didn't have any problems with commercials but in one case I had at least 10 instances of the 3 second loop problem throughout the whole episode of one show.

Btw the problem that I reported with the sound just stopping within the browser did turnout to be the fault of another program; an update was released that fixed the problem.

Thank you for your feedback. We are duplicating this problem on most CBS videos and are currently investigating this issue.

I moved your post into its own thread and changed the topic so other customers can go to one thread for updates.

I will update this thread when it is resolved.

Sorry for the inconvenience,
Joe
