CNN Live - Subscription Required Error

CNN Live - Subscription Required Error

For the past 2 days when I try to stream CNN live, I am recieving a "subscription required" error message. I already have CNN with my normal Digital subscription through the cable box, so I should not be recieving this error.

Make sure that you are signing in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID. Your @bellsouth.net e-mail address will not work on the site.

 

If you are using your Comcast credentials, please post that here and then private message your log-in. Do not post your log-in in this public thread

Hi,

 

I have the same problem. I have put in a ticket twice and it was more than a week ago, and Comcast didn't even give me back a call as they promised, even though they said the ticket has a top priority. I logged in using my comcastID.

I used to be able to watch espn, espn2 online until today. Now when I logged in and watched, I got the message "Comcast Service Required". I have espn/espn2 on my Blast Plus Package. [phone number removed]. Thanks

I don't know what is ESPN On Demand, but I have a cable box and I can watch all those channels (ESPN, ESPN2, CNN, Pac12...) on my tivi, but I can not watch them online.

It's been more than 72 hours and nobody has reached out to me or left me a message. And I still haven't been able to watch channels that I have in my package online. My phone # is [removed phone number] (the other phone # on the account [removed phone number] has been disconnected)

The 801 number is the number that is on your account.
