I JUST GOT A MESSAGE ON MY COMPUTER, THANKING ME FOR MY PURCHASE OF A MOVIE, I DID NOT ORDER A MOVIE, NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL, WE ARE 78 & 78 YEARS OLD, WAY PAST MOVIES.

I'm sorry that you experienced this. I also see 2 previous movie purchases on your account from over a year ago (one for a kid's movie). Please call us at 800-XFINITY to discuss getting a credit for the recent purchase and how you can turn on a purchase PIN to prevent guests from accidentally making purchases or rentals on your account.
