CHANNEL GRID CONSTANTLY BUGGY

About half the time, the channel grid either won't load, and say's I have to reload my browser ( which never works ) or when you click on a program for info, it tries to load and I get a pink screen saying there was  an unexpected problem. I'd think since this happens so frequently, it shouldn't BE unexpected any longer. Anybody have any idea why this happens?

We resolved the issue with the TV Listings grid on XfinityTV.com earlier this evening.  Sorry for any trouble it may have caused. Thanks for letting us know you were experiencing a problem.

Is the channel grid the one from the box or the one online on your PC?
