Buffering while trying to watch movies we paid for.

Trying to watch 2 movies one on Tv and on on computer. They both keep buffering. Whats up with your internet???? Getting very angry here since we paid for the movies and they constantly interrupted.

I am having same problem. Mine started getting really bad a couple of weeks ago. It is doing what it used to do when I had dial up. I thought cable was better. May have to go with a different internet service.

has anyone here seen the ads for fios? seems they caught wind of all the problems with xfinity...they promise no freezing, nolagging and no choppy video...i just saw the commercial taday! also, video on computer starting to get choppy again.
