Boss Episode 2 (Starz) HD is not working.

Boss Episode 2 (Starz) HD is not working.

The non-HD version is Spanish dubbed, and the HD version does NOT work. All the other episodes in the list seem to be working, except Episode 2.

I don't even see the English version on our site.

I tested the episode you are referring to but found no issues.

 

Please go to www.xfinitytv.com/computer and copy the information you see on-screen and paste it in this thread so we can further assist you.

 

Also, are you getting any error messages when trying to watch the video?
