Blocked Channels

I have HBO as part of my cable package and watch it on my computer. I don't actually have a TV or a cable box hooked up. I am getting these infuriating messages telling that I cannot watch John Oliver's latest episodes because I am not on my home WIFI. I am on my home network with an ethernet cable. I cannot get Comcast Customer service to even acknowlege that I can't watch it. They keep telling me that I can and simply won't believe me that I am being denied access. I am also tried to cancel the service, but they refuse to cancel it. Just to recap. I am paying for a service that Comcast is blocking me from using. The Comcast reps do not believe me and they refuse to cancel it or fix it. If anyone from Comcast is reading these, I will be going to the BBB in 24 hours if I don't receive the service that I am paying for or get my money back. You can't have my money and refuse to provide me with the service.

Re: Blocked Channels

Hi swimnbud,

I apologize for the customer service you have experienced. May I ask what is the device make that you are trying to watch HBO, Apple, Toshiba, Samsung or other?
