Comcast billing is the very worst part of the entire organization.  I cancelled my service 3 years ago due to billing errors that I never could get resolved.  I had the service recommected and behold,  overchanged $95.15 on the first bill.  I called billing 3 weeks ago and was to receive a credit on this months bill.  This months bill had no credit applied.  Called billing spent 45 minutes on the phone, and learned they did not know why the credit was posted.  The rep promised that she had posted the credit to my account while I was on the phone.  I pulled up my account to pay my bill today.  Yea, you guessed it,NO CREDIT!!!  My next phone call will be to Direct TV!  Their billing dept never made one error on my bill in 40 months,
