Audio cuts out every other second in recordings from a single channel

As new shows are coming back I noticed something strange from my DVR recordings. Recordings from FOX HD would have audio go out every other second when played from web browser or the Xfinity Stream app although it's fine when played on TV. There are no problems with recordings from all the other channels that I have recorded shows from so far either, just FOX HD.

 

I have tried performing system refresh and restarting my DVR a few times already but didn't seem to work.
