Audio but no video

Audio but no video

I've tried watching on chrome and firefox and safari and all the same. 

 

when on xfinity on demand, I have audio of all channels, but no video.

Ensure that you have NO Adblocking Helpers or Extensions enabled, reload the page and try again....
