Apps don't work

Apps don't work

X1 app says it can't find any boxes(I have X1). Xfinity tv app says service is limited in my area. My account app says sorry can't login, but user/pass works everywhere else. Missing account codes maybe?

If this is new service, it can take from 24 to 72 hours for all backend sefvices to synch....

If this is not new, call into Comcast and yes, have them take a look at your rate codes.
