App not showing all recordings

App not showing all recordings

Since getting a new box, my app is not showing all of my DVR recordings. In the last week I recorded multiple shows, some are on the app, some are not. I have changed household account and I have deleted the app and reloaded it. Still has not resolved. Also on my TV things are showing not available for mobile viewing and these shows used to be available for that. I never had this issue before I switched boxes. Please advise how to restore full app viewing.
