App DVR management

Moved service and received new DVR Motorola RNG200N. It has been over a week and it still has the old DVR listed. How do I get it to recognize my new DVR?

have you set up the new dvr with the system?  comcast has to put the new dvr on your system, you need to call them.  Go to your box guide and see if you have remote access set up in there.  If you do delete it and then go through the set up process again.
