Anyplay device and no one at xfinity knows about the product and service

I have spent the last 2 hours trying to get help with activation of my Anyplay device. No one
Knows what in talking about and won't help me. I will be returning the device tomorrow. I am highly upset because the device doesn't show up on my mobile app.
