AnyPlay app is not working

AnyPlay app is not working

When I open my AnyPlay device I get an error that says channel 2 is not available and the app immediately closes. In my system 46617 we do not have a channel 2 that's on our cable line up. My device appears to be online with the appropriate lights showing
. I was in a chat room last week and rep said someone would look into it and contact me I have not heard anything further
