Another problem with the website - missing channels

I just noticed when trying to program my DVR on my laptop with the website that a channel I get on my TV, and is on the guide on the TV, is missing from the website guide. I went to the support chat, and was told this is a known issue they are working on, but no timetable on fixing it. Comcast's imcompetance is astounding.
