Android Will Not Play StreamPix Video, Stops After Saying Buffering

I can load Streampix videos on the computer, but they will not play on the Android phone. There is apparently no app readily available in the iTunes store for the iPhone, so I can't test it there. Can someone tell me what may help to fix the Android so the StreamPix Videos will play? 

I have already tried restarting the app and the phone, neither helped. It's not an internet issue, because I played the same video on the same internet connection on my computer while testing.

It goes through the steps of loading and says it is buffering, then just black screen after that. The timer doesn't even move, just stays at 0:00:00.
