Amazing Spider-Man, Resident Evil: Retribution, unwatchable online.

I've been trying to watch these two movies for the last 24 hours, but they lag so bad I can't. After a minute or two of watching the audio falls out of sync with the video and the video skips and stutters. Thought it was just lagging during "prime" hours, but after trying late last night and this afternoon (and still lagging) it seems to be a problem with the files. Other network's content plays pretty much fine, and even other Starz movies and shows play decently.


Please check into this and fix the problem. Its not on my end so dont bother asking for info. I've said it before, Xfinity needs more than two streaming rates. The high rate suffers from net traffic during peak hours and the low rate is so bad its not worth watching.


Get this fixed or I'll be calling for re-imbursement in a couple days, and I know y'all hate giving things out for free.
