Two nights ago, all of my recordings on cloud and home dvr deleted before my eyes. Two hours later, they reappeared on my home x1 DVR but the cloud was wiped.
Tonight, 8 shows recorded on home dvr but only two appeared in my cloud devices. None from last night appeared on my cloud devices. The same is true when I logon to the xfinity website from a laptop, only those two recordings appear.
I synced my dvr through X1 settings. I confirmed the username was the same. I have deleted and reinstalled the app on iPad and phone. I reset the home dvr. Nothing works. I am located in NJ. We do not have any new devices.
This is very annoying. I was fine with it being wiped because I know I can't get them back but the fact that almost all of the new stuff isn't appearing is frustrating. This service isn't cheap.
