All channels get error "Channel [blank] is not part of your subscriptions."

All channels get error "Channel [blank] is not part of your subscriptions."

This cropped up over the weekend trying to watch the EPL on NBCSN. I'm a digital preffered subscriber.

 

My account is apparently returning no channels in my subscription, as I can't watch anything from the xfinity website or through the channel's website.

 

I called into support and spent 30mins trying to explain it to a very confused rep. She gave up and said she was forwarding it to 2ND tier support and would hear back within 24hrs.

 

Predictably, I've not gotten a call back.

 

Anyone else experiencing this?
