After power outage, I have Error # S0a00, and can not get any of the HD channels.

After power outage, I have Error # S0a00, and can not get any of the HD channels.

Does anyone know how to reset channels, or is this something Comcast needs to fix?

When it happened to me, I unplugged my cable box for a few mintes, then plugged it back in again.  It does take awhile if you do that for the Tv Listings to reappear tho.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
