Adobe Flash

I get a message that indcates I need to download the latest version of Adobe Flah.  After I download, I get the same message over and over.  I cannot watch the videos on xfinity.  I have not previously had this problem and I use both Firefox and Explorer browsers

Re: Adobe Flash

First, make sure your browser is closed when the Adobe installer is started.

Second, you might need to uninstall the old Flash, reboot, then download and install the new version, again with the browser closed.
