Adding second address to My Account App

Hi, we have two separate Xfinity accounts at 2 addresses. Is there a way to have both linked to My Account app. Thank you

2 accounts can be linked by:

  1. Signing in to My Account.
  2. Clicking Billing and Payments.
  3. At the top of the page, look for Service address | Rename or link another account.
  4. Click on Rename or link another account.
  5. In the new window, click Add an account.
  6. Enter the account number and, if you’d like, create a nickname for the account. Click Confirm.
  7. If you have more accounts to link, you can click Add an account again.
  8. When you are finished, click I’m done.

But, you cannot complete this task if you:

  • Create a link for an account that has XFINITY Internet or XFINITY Voice (must be an XFINITY TV-only account)
  • Create a link for an account that has a comcast.net email address associated with it
  • For example, if Account A has XFINITY TV and XFINITY Internet and Account B has XFINITY TV only, you can link Account B to Account A (Account A is the account they use to log in to My Account). You cannot link Account A to Account B.
